As we discussed on yesterday's show, Miami FC and Kingston Stockade FC have filed a request for arbitration to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, asking FIFA to apply its statutes to US Soccer and force a switch to a pro/rel system.
We called up Dennis Crowley, the owner of the Stockade, to get his thoughts on the pending request. We discuss the filing, the best and worst case scenarios, what a Pro/Rel system might look like, and the work that went into starting a club from the ground up.
