We got Eric Wynalda on the phone to help us break down the USA's 2-0 victory over Canada in the Gold Cup. We also talked about Timmy Howard's importance, our ideal CB pairing, why exactly Michael Bradley is a destroyer, why Deuce should maybe play up front, and why Jozy Altidore may be getting that swagger back.
We then took a more American page out of The Football Ramble's book and introduced a new weekly segment: The 3-6-1 Hall of Fame. We welcomed our inaugural inductee (Eddie Pope) and picked Wynalda's brain about his former teammate and occasional opponent.
