After the Thanksgiving hiatus, we're back with an Extra Time review of the incredible El Clasico game, in which Barcelona embarrassed Real Madrid 5-0, and shocked those of us (Albert) who expected more from Madrid. The podcast was recorded immediately after watching the game. At time of posting, Albert is yet to satisfy the terms of his bet with Taylor. |

Hot on the heels of the Colorado Rapids' 2-1 overtime victory over FC Dallas in MLS Cup XV, Taylor called up Jeff Carlisle to get his take on the game, the goals, and Alexi Lalas' choice of hat. Mr. Carlisle (we're all about titles here on the podcast) also helped break down the rule changes for the coming season, the potential shift to the international calendar, and the USA's odds at landing the 2012 World Cup.

On Episode 67 (thank you Norman Whiteside), Daryl and Al met up in the studio to discuss the things they learned from the USA's 1-0 victory over South Africa (anti-American semi-terrorist threats feature in the discussion). Then, the regular foursome get together for a little discussion of the MLS Playoffs and this Sunday's MLS Cup Final between the Colorado Rapids and FC Dallas. And then, of course, IT'S TEE SHIRT TIIIIIME! Download and ejoy! |

We pay tribute to Conan O'Brien's return to television by discussing the greatest comebacks of all time. Teams that overturned deficits, and players who returned from injury, suspension and kick-to-face related problems. We also discuss the MLS playoffs, with just four teams left in the hunt for MLS Cup 2010. Listen, enjoy, and check back Sunday for our Milan derby match review. |

We're trying something new on TFSS. We're watching a game together every weekend, the chatting about it on Sunday night, then releasing as a podcast. Like this one. This weekend we overachieved and saw Lazio 2-0 Roma, Man Utd 2-1 Wolves and Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea. Downloand, listen, and tell your friends. Because we need the listeners. |

It's Fall Fund Drive week at WRIR 97.3, so we've put together a special show themed around the fund drive phone number: 622-9747. We've broken that number down into individual digits and then competed over who has the best bit of numerical trivia. Loser takes a lap of the studio. Listen, enjoy, and then please donate to the station at wrir.org |
